New Start Counselling is pleased to host, Sound Healing: Cultivating Mindful Moments. This is a free service under the Beyond Zero Tolerance Project, funded by the Department of National Defence’s Sexual Misconduct Support and Resource Centre. Facilitated by Energy Intuitive, Bahia, Sound Healing: Cultivating Mindful Moments welcomes anyone who identifies as having an experience of sexual misconduct in the wider Defence Community, as well as their support people. Sound Healing, paired with group reflection is an evidence-based pathway proven to help reduce stress, decrease a sense of isolation and increase resilience and connection. Sessions will be held on Saturdays; March 2nd and April 6th, from 1000 until 1300. People are welcome to come to either one, or both. The location is 3008 Oxford Street, Suite 203, at New Start’s Halifax office. Refreshments will be provided.
